When a discussion is rich with imagery, such as a vision workshop or an historical scan, it is very easy for a couple of people to capture the images and turn them into a song, a symbol and a story. To create a song, the team makes a brainstorm of images that have been mentioned, then picks a beat that captures the mood of the moment. Sometimes the imagery can be turned immediately into a song, but it is also possible for a pop song to be chosen to give a template for the writing.
The best story usually contains components of past, present and future and is usually quite short, several paragraphs or a page.
